is it true that if you get measured later on in the day (ex. 4pm) you're shorter than you truly are? i think it's due to your spine compressing throughout the day (say you carry a 10-15lb+ bookbag around during school for a good amount of the day

my gym got a leg press machine that you load with plates. hadnt seen one of these in years. when i went to a golds gym i used to be able to get 1000 on that. but that was years ago. i loaded 6 plates on to see how it felt. felt okay, worked up to 7 45s on each side and was pretty easy, got that for 10. i could have got for 16 plates ... but ... i didnt want to press my luck since it felt like the start point was a bit far for me. though next time ill have to lower it, and start from midway point. i think i could get the whole rack full if i wanted, with maybe a person sitting on top?

yeah its a drag when you have to remove all those plates alone no less.
as for ilya last i spoke to him he was doing a 10 hour day, 7 days a week for school. he even closed his stalkbook down. i kinda wonder how he has been and what he upto. he said he had little time for the gym becuase after those 10 hours, he had homework which made day longer. i kind of miss him and buzz and mos posting the beastly things they would do. bongo as well. but as life takes it coarse i guess they move on and either have no need/desire to post online or work and lastly, people dont post on forums forever right?
im half tempted to post things sometimes, but ive had such ****e with my pics being on the net, getting stolen and worse, that i barely like having a ******** profile pic. ive wanted a few times to post videos on youtube but ehhhhh ...."the gym is the one and only place in the world where failure is acceptable."

is it just me or is it harder to look lean when you're manlet status?? Common sense tells me it has something to do with surface are.
E.g. 5'4" at 16% BF looks so damn fat while taller people with 16% look average lol.
At least bulking for us is easier on the wallet compared to the manmores hahaha♛ PUNK AESTHETICS CREW™ ♛

the cable machine leg press at planet fitness went to 415, and I was doing that within the first month of working out haha.
im not sure what the leg press at my new gym holds, it is kinda like this 1, with 4 sections to hold plates
and those 100lb plates that sit on it are heavy as hell when you are used to carrying 45's LOL
