I haven't been working out consistently for the past year or so. I've been off and on. I checked with my gym owner about how many times I workout last year because I notice that my gym has pictures of people that worked out over 100 times [2011 gym rats] and I wasn't on there. He told me i only worked out for 58 times last year lol... I look soft again & practically same as I was last year. Anyway, I am determined to eat clean & train dirty!!
My goal is to be shredded by next summer. Cousins planned a family trip, Disney cruise/land to be exact!

I think the one I tell myself the most is "no excuses". Everybody has a busy life but if you need to get into the gym or onto the field for training don't let yourself make an excuse not to go.
