I like to count reps and on the last set of each exercise I go for extra couple reps (money reps!! fa shoo)qalextelesco

Really helps when you hit those reps you dont think you can do. Youd be surprised at how many more you do with that mind set

I think the one I tell myself the most is "no excuses". Everybody has a busy life but if you need to get into the gym or onto the field for training don't let yourself make an excuse not to go.
