The angle makes it a bit hard to tell, squats look okay. Hard to be sure because of the box. Maybe just a bit of good-morning in a couple reps, but looks good to me.
With deadlifts, are your arms perfectly straight, or slightly bent? They look slightly bent. If you straighten them out, you can start slightly higher which would give you a bit better initial pull. You also won't tear your bicep. I'd like to see your torso a little less horizontal starting. This should help minimize shearing load.

thank ya bro,
SQUATS
-yea i am going to dial back the weight and really work my angles. doesn't due me any good to squat 400+ when all it will do is create damage.
DEADS
-never checked my arms, will deffinitely make sure to evaluate and adjust that!!! don't wanna be the guy in the vid. I had a bicep tear once from BJJ, sucked!!!!
Squats:
Try to keep the bar in a vertical line (over your mid foot) to maintain balance. Also, keep your lower back arched all the way downs and up.
It looks good though. Something you can practice is laying on your stomach while lifting your head and chest off the ground. While in the air, straighten your legs and lift your knees off the ground. Do a couple sets of 10-15 and you'll feel your lower back burning. This has helped me keep my back arched when squatting.
Deadlift:
Same thing Grifts said. Keep your arms locked out. Looks like its bent in the vid.
Overall looking great!
