i am 20 years old male 5,9 136 lbs
i am doing calorie deficit to burn off stubborn fat all around body i think it's fat from my big weight in past helll it's really hard to burn so i decide to make calorie deficit like eating 9 10 meals a day but meal would be my palm size so i eat about 400 calories a day don't tell me it's bad couse i can't do better i can't cut 500 calories from my intake really so i droped about 1.5 kilos of fat i know it's normal i don't do any cardio exercises couse i am on very low calories i am sitting all day playing wow lol so what i want to know i eat about 4000 calories in week i counted according to some medicine guys 3500 calories is 1 pound of fat so doing such deficit why i am not losing more fat? or it takes time to burn off that little bit of fat i am at 7% now want all fat to go away forever never want to bee fat guy again lol
if you don't understand that i say it short
what can help to loose that little bit of pounds time?
