    Muscle milk thoughts?

    Whats your thoughts about muscle milk after a workout. I head something about metals inside the powder, thats really the only unheatlhy substance i heard of inside the powder. i love the taste (:

    Muscle milk just has more fat and sugar than most protein shakes.

    I'd recommend taking ON 100% whey. It has a higher protein amount per serving and has less fat and sugar.

    i know i got my nutrition down i got my training down im ready to get started! question for aynone would you recommend 300 or 400 or 500 over maintence for my size? Ive actually been working out for 5 months with no gains because of my nutrition

    Idk about muscle milk, it is expensive and is full of carbs. I would much rather buy a less expensive brand with more protein and less carbs.

    I like MuscleMilk because it mixed up really easy with no clumps. I'll take no clumps anyday.

    You should go 500-700 cals over maintenance...that's what i'm doing and it's showing results pretty quick

    This, and I have to suggest ON's whey protein, it's cheap and with a couple cups of milk and a banana post workout it provides a great tasting shake with substantial recovery benefits.
