Unhappy Under arms flabby bit (below triceps)

Posted the same on exercises forum no luck so far
I wonder if anyone here can help me out with arms that have saggy flabby bits near the armpit, that droop when the arms are raised
I have been working on triceps and biceps muscles have good definition inspite my age but I still get flalbby bits when I do shoulder press and free weights lateral shoulder raises
Anyone here about my age who can advice of few exercises to correct this unsightly problem?

the sad truth is that it could be excess skin and at our age the skin is not flexible enough to strech back. But it might be corrected by hitting the triceps area with more various exercises than you perform now.

Ah thanks for your answer. The problem is worse when I take preworkout which is loaded with creatine and it bloats me all over and often takes 24 hours to deflate me.
I do sets of cable and weight kickbacks and skull crushers as well as preacher curls I hope to correct the problem somehow building better triceps
