Yeah I have always thought the sideburns were a bit off. I personally like the pointy sideburns and longer but the rest is solid. I got to buy the hair glue the barber uses. It beats gel imo.
BTW I tip him $10 because his grandaughter goes to the same school and they are not doing well financially.

Yeah I always get ice pick sideburns, but now I started to regret it. My sideburn hair grows way too fast and it looks ugly in a week. I'm starting to now go back to a box shaped sideburn since its easier to mantain. and Respect for tipping him that, I didn't know the background story. Reps.

That's nice of you. I always walk in to the barber and give 20 for every cut. Usually they charge like 13 or 15 for other people, but depending on what the cut is they go to 20. I usually just give a 20 because i'm a regular customer there. I go every 3 weeks to month, but probably will go twice a month.. Gotta stay fresh during school.
Whoever made that picture earlier is a *******. That's not even funny or cool, it's straight up disrespectful. How would you like it if someone said something about your mom? Oh wait, you probably don't care about her at all and we all probably know why..

Look at the difference between the elapsed time ('bout 2 weeks). He is due for a haircut this weekend to keep it fresh. Look at the length difference in only a week and a half...it takes me 10 minutes to style his hair now as opposed to 5 minutes during the first week.
Right after haircut

every 2 weeks isnt too bad. It aint tht excessive, my bro gets it every week. Depends tho, think about all tht money ur spending a year on hair. I used to go every 2 weeks now more like every 3/4 weeks, i bought a cut throat razor and line up the sides myself.

Every two weeks for me. Got that short back n sides (#1 fade) so it looks untidy if I leave it for longer. The top is long enough for that spikey / mohawk type hair.
Used to go to a unisex hair salon run by a vietnamese guy I know but they were charging £17 a pop. Now go a friend from the gym who has his own shop and does it for £10.
Been trying to find something similar in terms of hair product that the salon uses. Smells damn nice, great hold and no crispyness or hardness to the hair once the product dries. But fuk paying £13 for a small tub of gel."Harboring unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die".

If anyone is interested in what hair care products that I use, it's these 3 + a regular hairdryer. Best volume and control without flakes.
I wet his hair down with water and put the mousse in and then dry it on med. heat while brushing it all back and "styling" the hawk, then I add the gell with a fine tooth comb and finish it off with a light hairspray.
It looks like a fluffy baby duck do before but after some gel and spray you get a very soft but solid looking hawk. Here is what I use for his hair:
Mousse:
Gel:
Finishing spray:

I do my own grooming srs lol
I have my own clippers to tone my hair as much as I want. But now, I'm starting to grow it for a year (done it before) at times, I just give myself a light taper on the sides then get a shape up from the barbers for like 7$. if I was to give myself a two all around (ATG) and go to the barber's, it'll come out like a dark ceaser with a very light taper on the sides. Im actully saving a lot of money. Paying for a dark ceaser is like 15$ out here in NY but pretty soon im gonna learn how to do shape ups. So basically i get my haircuts for free doing them myself but, gotta get new clippers tho. Start learning how to cut own your on hair. You save a lot of money.
