please interpret my cutting Diet
well, her it is, please give advices or suggestions for improving, im getting ready to start this, and need to know from others point of view if it is good or not, more knowledge more results, suggestions, are greatly appreciated!, thank you, any supplent advices would be appreciated as well
wake: 1/2 cup oats (raw), 1 tbsp natty PB, 1 cup FF yogurt
2 lipo 6, 5 G's AAKG
Lift
Post workout: 1/2 cup brown rice(raw), 6-8 oz. chicken, diced onion to taste
Meal 3: 1 scoop whey, 6 oz skim milk, 1 serving fruit

Meal 4: 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
Meal 5: 1/2 cup rice(raw), 6-8 oz. chicken
Meal 6: 1 scoop whey, 6 oz. skim milk, one serving fruit
Meal 7: 8 egg white omlet, 2 slices FF cheese, 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
