Srs? The chicken and cheese quesadillas I make at home have easily twice that. 28g fat and 1.2g sodium? What the heck do they put in those things, salted lard and chicken feet?

And this surprises you why? It's fast food. They are selling satiety and gratification, not nutrition and well-being.

Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

This. True.
@FitnessCPA, where did you get 27g? I mean I would expect it, but there's just no way...
EDIT:
•corn/whole wheat tortilla
•handful chicken breast tenderloins
•mozzarella/swiss (or 100 g low sod parmesan=42g protein)
•scoop Greek yogurt (w/ whey, flax?)
•habanero sauce
= protein out the roof.Last edited by iEatChicken; 08-06-2012 at 11:04 AM.

haha its all good it happens...but honestly man those fast food nutritional table are so inaccurate because every person makes them different. THE PERFECT example of this, in my opinion, is chipotle. The "Serving size" for sour cream for which they have the nutritional info listed online is like 1 or 2 ounces? (totally guessing here), but the huge spoonful that they slab on there is way more than that. I could care less (bulk FTW), but for others, sour cream "on the side" is more convenient.

A bodybuilder friend of my friend was once so starving for protein after a workout that when ordering a quesadilla from Taco Bell....he asked the the worker to bust a nut it in it. 15 g protein from the dilla + 4 g protein from the busted nut = 19 g protein....he was stoked...4 g closer to his protein macro!

hahaha! yeah you guys are so funny.... anyways I eat a chicken and cheese queasadia from taco bell like maybe once a month ,and I do a full body workout 3 days a week, but I do not eat any sauce on my queasadia ,I only get chicken and cheese plain ,and its very yummy ,but honestly its probably not that good for you ,so somebody needs to post the nutrition facts of the queasadia here ,and since its probably unhealthy what we need to do is ind a very healthy alternative to making a queasadia like all natural wraps ,tortilla ,and healthy cheese ,and meat ,which if we look into it it should be very easy to find ,and to make.Fasts foods are really never healthy for you
