If a guy can do high amount of reps on pushups does it mean that he is usually strong or more endurance type of muscles?

It depends on your body weight also, if you are 150 lbs and can do 100 consecutive pushups , obviously your muscle endurance is pretty high, although max strength will probably be fairly low. If you are 225 lbs and can rep 100 consecutive pushups you are probably very strong and also have great muscle stamina
