    Arrow About to start working out again

    In about 3 days I will begin working out regularly and was wondering if i should change my diet, sleep, etc these few days leading up to it. Any info is valuable. Thanks.

    Indeed do so, get your sleep back to 8 hours if it isn't, a recommended sleep pattern is 10-6. Minimum 2l of water a day, work days probably aim for 4l. Start getting those carbs in and protein.

    Alright thanks. Is there anything specific in my diet that would help with fat loss while help building muscle? I have already purchashed some protein for shakes.
