My coach in the gym told me not to masturbate as this will allow me to grow more , he says my body will have more protein and testesterone to build more muscle due to osmosis . i know there are several arguements for and against but this guy is in good shape and strong as hell what you guys think on the subject

Scientific studies show that testosterone levels actually lower after abstinence from masturbation, before peaking about 7 days in and then returning to normal. Masturbation won't really affect your gains, don't even worry about it.
