This whole Crossfit thing is taking over the gyms here. I see two and three classes a day here in WV gyms.
I have a friend doing this four times a week. If your doing Crossfit this much I have noticed a lot of Injuries.
Pulled neck muscles and inflammation. Torqued joints and all sorts! This causes time off and that in return equals less gym time.
Don't fall into the Crossfit gonna make me look Hot thing cause it may land you in a cast.!?
