Hi there,
I am thinking of entering a mens physique competition in the UK next year, just to give myself something to aim for to keep myself focused and driven with my workouts and diet, but am not finding any information at all online - can anyone recommend any websites that might be of help at all??

I'm interested in this too, I know the UKBFF recently had a physique competition as Dazzahoff, who is a member here, competed. Would love to get involved
