Do you think there is such thing as too much broccoli? It takes a ton of food to fill me so i usually make a huge salad of broccoli, lettuce, chicken and some low cal/fat free dressing for lunch and dinner. Should I even pay attention to the cals or worry about it? Is it ok to consume a large amount within a few hours of bed?

Broccoli is fine before bed, or anytime. The reason he said not before bed, was probably the gas/bloating factor broccoli causes. I eat TONS of broccoli and other vegetables, and I am fine.

Not every shampoo has parabens, right? I've seen them labeled on some, but not on others.
