    But if im just at home and feeling depressed about my size, i'll chuck on something very loose like a dressing gown or something to cover up.

    It doesn't have to be gigantic. Wear a thinner one that fits normal and with shirts your upper body looks much wider and if you can see the muscles through it people think you must be huge under it.

    at least i have high prominent cheekbones due to native american genetics

    Yeah brah, Gastroeso****eal reflux disease. Not life threatening and i just have to take acid reflux tablets to stop the nausea/vomiting. Think a lot of it's to do with anxiety/depression at times though.
