Do exactly the same thing.
Same routine for me, only i do the opposite. When im feeling down i find it impossible to get myself to eat.

I don't understand your problem...does it all stem from BDD?
Stop overthinking man, stop using the past to dictate your future. Accept that what happened happened and live everyday growing closer to attaining something else for yourself.
