I am new to this site and find things very difficult to find so I am hoping for some guidance. I just started the Lamabrdi 12 Week Lean program and applied it to my BodySpace Calendar on my phone. I have several questions:
1) Is there a template for this particular program? If so, how do I go about obtaining it?
2) I thought there was a rest day for every two that you work out? For example: Monday & Tuesday are workouts, and the Wednesday is a rest day. The reason I ask is when I have activated it on my iphone and on my bodyspace calendar there are NO rest days. Did I do something wrong?
