Personally I say why risk it? We know the inzer belts are good. We KNOW the forever belts are good. Why not just get one?

Also, at cursory glance, I'm turned off by the fact that they have a homepage ad saying to order by Nov 5 for Christmas delivery

Nobody needs assault weapons either.

Noobs should learn to squat correctly first, and then use the belt at a later stage, if they choose to. As for the number, I'm going to go with 1.5xBW or more. That's jmo.

I don't have a separate mp3 player, I just use my phone, but I always listen to music while I lift. I get bored without it.
