I tried that once very long time ago.. lol. but then i got banned for a month or something and i was pssed cuz i couldnt continue with my blog. so as i already have been there and done that, i will keep my blog on blogger, cuz nobody will ban me there..
Why you do long distance running? how about 30-40min runs maximum. I alsways lose strenght massively when i do long runs. Cuz your body wont recover very well and it just ****s all up.
I prefer HIIT in the mornings and lifting in the evenings (I've done this during my vacations when i dont have to work in the mornings). Sprints are great for speed, explosiveness, muscle development.NB! If i accidentally neg you or forget to rep back, pm me :3

I did a little jump today, by the way. Made a big difference and my 'elbow whip' was much better. Was supposed to do 8x3, but I figured it would be better if I used a heavier weight and stuck to 5x3 instead. After I perfect my form, I'll do cleans separately because my pressing strength sucks.

hmm.. so you did 8 reps in a row, training for crossfit, bro? :P
do 3 reps max and 5-8 sets. its better like this, as you are able to keep the form and you work out anyways
Yeah, if you jump up (also try to focus on pulling with traps at the end. aka when you hit the weight with thighs (idk if u kick it or not), then at the same time pull with traps. If you dont kick it, then around 1/3 of your thighs (towards your crotch), accelerate the hell out of the weight and pull with traps as well. it will help you lift heavier weights).
Strong explanation skills, lolol. im gonna take cam to the gym today, i will show you how i clean it then.NB! If i accidentally neg you or forget to rep back, pm me :3

8x3 means 8 sets of 3, not the other way around. I didn't know Estonia = opposite land.
Yes, I do 'kick it'. I start at my normal deadlift speed and then get explosive after the bar clears my knees and is almost touching my mid thighs. Then I get under the bar without worrying about the 'catch'.

sounds like you doing it great. do you power clean or full clean? or do you go from power clean to full clean depending on how heavy you go?
btw.. i just got a marriage proposal from old neighbour.. dat awkward moment. just randomly knocked on my door asked if i would marry him.. i dont even know this person. we just greet when we see in corridor and i give my old stuff to him and his mother, aka blankets and clocks.NB! If i accidentally neg you or forget to rep back, pm me :3

Power clean. I should have called it 'power clean and press'. I'll start doing cleans once the weight gets heavier (more than 220 lbs/100 kg).

You're right about it being awkward. Strong WTF.

Saw the weirdest thing at the gym today. First I see this guy squatting 65 lbs. I gave him a pass at first because he actually was squatting to proper depth, which is an extreme rarity in my gym. I thought maybe he's just starting out, although, if you finish your squats and lift the bar over your head to rack it in front of you, it's probably too light lol. Then shit got weird. He kept the bar at 65 lbs and started doing what appeared to be some sort of hang clean and press. However, when he was doing the jump portion of the clean, he actually jumped and kicked his feet up in the air. Then when he did the press portion of the movement, he jumped and kicked his feet in the air again. He jumped and kicked his feet in the air one last time when he dropped the bar from his shoulders to his hips. After he finished his last clean and press rep, he then proceeded to bust out a handful of OHP reps while walking back into the rack.
