I am trying hard to stick to eating 2,200 a day. We had a festival recently and it was not easy to stop myself from hogging lots of sweets. I am making up for that now and my waist has shrunk further. Still, progress seems slow as molasses. It's not like when you're training for strength and you set PR's almost every week.

I think you can't change who you are. Sure, you may be able to better yourself in certain ways, but you can't change your 'core'. Some people pretend like they've changed, but they're really just faking it (for whatever reason). When you are young, you witness certain events which determine the kind of person you're going to be. Also, your parents are the ones responsible for how you turn out. That's why they say a child's mind is like modelling clay.

It's hard to tell, but at first I thought she sprayed him with water/silly-string. Then I realized she said something to him. Whatever the hell was said to the cop, he shouldn't have punched her. Like I said in that thread, I would have tased her. That way I'd punish her legally + throw her in jail for a bit.
