There are some big fuggers at my gym. I went in on Sunday to get a nice cardio session in before a day of slothery. Dude was doing full depth leg press with 10 plates on each side. I'm not gonna lie, I was mirin.
Not sure about DL, nobody else in the early morning crew deadlifts. One time I was warming up, and had something pussyish like 185 on the bar, and some old man was like, wow, that's too much weight to be picking up. I just laughed.
Thursday I will be going for a PR in single and 5RM. Single I'm not worried about, if I get the 5RM I'm gonna be pumped.
