So, I managed to stick to my new routine for three full weeks. That may sound funny to some of you guys, but I've never trained this consistently since 2010. Will train for three more weeks and then do a deload with 50-60%. If I don't feel like it, I will postpone the deload to week 9 (after 8 weeks instead of 6).

Got back whatever muscle mass I lost during my layoff. Also, my legs are looking much fuller and thicker ever since I started doing sets of 8. Singles and triples don't do a whole lot for size. I just realized that recently, lol.

I thought you'd be aware. That 'champagne bottle accident' is from that episode when Carla tells Turk she wants another baby. Then Turk is trying to open up the bottle, while Carla insists that she be allowed to do it. There is a little 'tug-of-war' between the two and the cork suddenly shoots into the nearest wall and bounces back, hitting Turk in the junk. A little after that, he tells JD he's getting a fake one put in since he only has one. Forgot the name of the episode, but I think it may be from 'My Manhood' (Season 7).

The 'low test' thing could be true. It started when I posted about my hypothyroidism and I said that could cause one's test. levels to drop. Blizzy was the first one who started making fun of me, lawl.
