What the new NVIDIA update has done:

Smoother game (UT3) performance, but the bloody lag is still there and it's getting me killed. I played a certain map, and got really good at capture-the-flag; so good, that I could bring the enemy flag back to base with just 100 health and no extra power-ups. After the goddamn update, I get killed even with full health, armour and a nuclear device (Redeemer).

I wish to beat the crap out of the chaps that created this update.

P.S. I did do some Googling and all I could find was the "-onethread" idea. Basically, that makes use of just one core. That made the game a lot smoother, but it did nothing to take care of the lag.

P.S. I couldn't watch the latest beheading video. Forgot the video name/title, but it's floating around the misc. Just do a search if you want to see it. The Mexican cartel beheading was 'quick' compared to this. The expression on my face changed when they got started. Usually when I watch gore, it doesn't affect me. Good god. The human race has no hope and I hope a big f*cking planet-sized rock destroys this cruel world. (srs)
