Of course. If I wanted to post a regular workout I would just start my log up again.
I'm on my last week of hypertrophy month, brah. That deadlift set was the heaviest thing I've done in 2013. I've just been pump-seeking. Super slow controlled sets of rows with 135 with short rest made my back feel like it was gonna pop out of my f*ckin skin. And my elbow/forearm tendons aren't ready for heavier curls yet
