- 10 min warm-up (treadmill, empty bb complex, joint rotations)

- Deadlifts
warm-ups: 135x5, 225x4
ramp-ups: 315x2, 315x2, 405x1, 455x1
working set: 500x5 <-- (+2 reps PR) had 1 more with bad form but decent bar speed if I wanted

- Deadhangs
3 sets to failure


Spilled chalk everywhere while sitting down after my 405 deadlift ramp-up... Bench I was sitting on tipped over and I almost fell on my ass... Caught myself but chalk flew everywhere. Tried to clean it with a wet rag but I kinda just spread chalk sludge all over the floor...

I'm on my last week of hypertrophy month, brah. That deadlift set was the heaviest thing I've done in 2013. I've just been pump-seeking. Super slow controlled sets of rows with 135 with short rest made my back feel like it was gonna pop out of my f*ckin skin. And my elbow/forearm tendons aren't ready for heavier curls yet
