Go to the gym. I just got back. T'was a lousy session because my knees were hurting, but I feel really good that I went and did something. I hope I can keep this up and not start skipping sessions.

I got all this info from a thread by a miscer, who was assaulted by a group of 20 Lebanese kids (ages 16-18) at McDonald's. It seems they threw rocks at said miscer and his friends (one guy and three girls) and kept saying racist stuff. Even after they left (manager did nothing, did not call cops), the group of 20 followed them and kept harassing them.

Also, I'm angry at myself for doing bb hack squats the other day. WTFMANSLOTH. Knees started hurting when I started doing hang cleans with 50 lbs. Mad as hell. I opted to do bb hacks only because I wouldn't have to use the captain's chair to squat. BB hacks weren't bad and they really worked my quads well (mainly the lower part of the thighs, close to the knees). Felt lots of discomfort, though.

It's a major national debate where some, mostly democrats/liberals/socialists/urbans want to infringe upon Constitutionally protected Rights (specifically keep and bear arms) and some, mostly republicans/conservatives/libertarians/rural folks are taking extreme offense.

None of it will even be an issue unless our legislature, Congress, passes an "assault weapons" ban, which I think, more likely than not, won't happen.

The individual states can (and have and did) do it themselves though.

A few states/counties have written letters to the Pres & VP stating they will not enforce any laws infringing upon the 2nd amendment and would actually arrest any federal law enforcement officers that try to enforce those laws inside of their jurisdiction.
