No one that I've met so far knows squat about training or dieting, so they can't argue, lol. All they can do is offer myths and broscience. Also, I never talk to anyone during my workout. All this happened after I was done with my session, which is why I made small talk because I was bored.

i tried to teach some guise deadlifting today. they just happend to be near me and it made my head hurt seeing how they pulled it. tried my best, but i think i looked cocky fat bish :P

I read about Ritalin just sometime ago.

From Wikipedia: Some of the most common stimulants are Methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta), ******** and Vyvanse.

I always thought ******** was the drug of choice, though (after watching Bigger Stronger Faster*).
