Thanks mateys.
Yeah I plan to be helpful when it comes to general advice about lifestyle or training but as for supplements, I'm selling what they want me to sell and then I'm selling what makes me commission.
Good luck 4G.
As for the pic above, I prefer the 20-30% range. Exceptions could be made for 15% and 35%. The 15-17 pic is def the best of them all though but as for feel in the sheets I don't think it's optimal.

Perhaps I'll use my inzer belt as my duty belt for work. Think they can customize it to be able to carry?

True story. My manager told me "waxy maize is a really good and slow digesting protein"... He also thinks CLAs are the greatest thing for fat loss since diet and exercise became a thing to do. Besides working at GNC, he's a NASM certified personal trainer and is the strength and conditioning coach for a high school.

It is all carbs.
It was purported as being a very, very fast digesting carbohydrate. Like the ultimate PWO item to pair with proteins and other nutrients. However it is actually a very slow digesting carbohydrate.
It started due to an old supplement called Pure Vitargo: http://www.illpumpyouup.com/professi...re-vitargo.htm
It was a modified/patented product derived from waxy maize starch. So after that went off the shelf, people assumed that it was the WMS that was the secret and it started being marketed as some miracle carb.
Article on bb.com about the myth of it:

I can say I used the Pure Vitargo stuff awhile back when I was in Afghanistan. It was tasty as hell (reminded me of the ice cream snack "Screwball"):

But aside from that, I didn't notice anything amazing. I still felt bloated, because I was chugging so much f*cking liquid after a workout.
After I read that article, it seems the study that was done on vitargo as on a string of sh*t that wasn't even from waxy maize either. So, laughably, it seems the whole thing behind WMS is even more wrong than I knew.

Most don't know a damn thing. Those that do sellout and lie to you for profit.
They are at least as bad as personal trainers in commercial gyms...probably worse.

Haha that is pretty bad, but the worst thing a bad GNC employee will do is waste your money on overpriced supps that don't work. I've seen trainers teaching stupid exercises with horrible form, which could lead to injuries hurting a lot more than your wallet. On the bright side, the types of people that work out with these trainers usually quit long before they get to heavier weights where the risk of injury is much greater.

Yeah, I thought of that after you posted. Horrible trainers are worse because of the injury aspect.
Also, as we all know the big three are diet, training, and rest (big four for the vitamin S guys). IF (bit IF) you get the big three/four right, you can fuk up the supplements and do well. But if you royally fuk up the training...forget about it.

No obviously supplements are the most important factor. Training, nutrition, and resting are helpful but not nearly as important as having the correct preworkout, intraworkout, post workout, and bed time supplements!
Goes like this:
85% supplementation
10% training
4.9% resting
0.1% nutrition(you got all those supps, why eat?)
Deadlift- 575 Squat- 450 Benchpress- 335
In a deadlift race with E_P_C based on progression. i am 5 pounds ahead :)
Racing to a tree fitty benchpress with BabyOilBrah. we are tied-ish :)
Racing to a 5 plate squat with jshaw5. i think i am winning :)
