What's his training routine look like?
How many cycles has he run?
How did a belt figure into his training?

What does that have to do with anything? So all Celltech users don't require a belt? Mind blown.

You seem impressed by how much he squat. Let's not give belt usage, or not, too much credit here.
So you don't know anything about his training regime, or even if he has trained/trains with a belt?
Are you aware that very strong people say incorporating a belt into their training makes them stronger than if they had not, including raw strength?

Chadster can't even squat 300; he's a noob and doesn't need one.

lol
So now there's some arbitrary number below which a belt does not serve the same utility that it does to somebody stronger?
At what weight does a belt suddenly become useful?
BTW: Nobody needs a belt, just like nobody needs lifting shoes, or chalk, or straps, or even needs to lift

Nobody needs assault weapons either.
Noobs should learn to squat correctly first, and then use the belt at a later stage, if they choose to. As for the number, I'm going to go with 1.5xBW or more. That's jmo.

No. I did a few times, but it just ends up getting in the way and being distracting.
