    foods to eat to bulk up?

    I eat like loads of eggs!! That's all i seriously eat an i am so bored of eating the same thing over and over again! ! What else should i eat to bulk up? Chicken? Fish? Turkey?

    Steamed basmatic Rice, with chopped boiled eggs and veggies + Chicken breasts or kabaabs, with yogurt on the side

    I gained like 30 lbs eating this everyday for 3 months.
