    I weigh 225 lbs, at 15% body fat. Is 250g of protein per day TOO MUCH?

    or should i just stick with getting in 220g per day?

    How'd you get to those stats without knowledge of how much protein/lb of bodyweight you should have?

    Imo you should be getting more protein, not less.
    Pain is an illusion created by the mind to prevent you from going beyond what you're capable of.

    I have too much DOM's, and CNS fatigue, to give a phuck about things like friends anymore. Friends don't understand my caloric needs, only I do.

    wait wut? but i'm cutting. not just that, but isn't it 1g per lb of LBM, and not body weight? So based on that, its 170g of protein per day.

    On the higher extreme, I've seen 1.5g of protein per lb of BODY WEIGHT (but i'm 15% body fat, so my LBM is around 170 lbs). So is the real equation 170 x 1.5 ???

    250g seems a little excessive to me. I think you should continue 220g and focus on maintaining clean eating throughout the rest of your diet.

    *Maybe even just lower to 230-240

    Every person is going to be a little bit different...experiment with different diets and tweak them to help you get the best results. I find that I lose the most fat and keep the most muscle when I'm getting a bunch of protein. On a cut right now I'll try and get to around 200 grams of protein and then the rest is a balance of fat/carbs.
