Jealous of that pressing strength, solid work Elliott.

Had to push back some workouts this week as its been a bit wonky from scrambling around campus getting stuff finalized for my last semester of school, planning on hitting deads tomorrow and then bench and squats over the weekend. Gotta keep my priorities straight right now ya know?

Thoughts: Pretty stoked about the workout today and hitting ~bodyweight for 30 reps on squats. Also been putting a lot of thought into if I will keep logging this semester because tbh Im not sure I really have that much interest in it nor will I have the time to keep it updated constantly with all the stuff I have going on. We'll see...

Strong session bro! Great vid, putting in some solid work right there. Not always easy hitting those nutritional numbers, specially when you got a lot going, been that way at work at times and before I know it day is gone and nutrients are lacking.
People always talk about how brutal the "20 rep squat" workout is, and here you are doing 30 reps in a set
Awesome workout! Would be quite a pity to see this log come to an end to be quite frank...personally one of my most favorite logs on the forum

I hear you on the personal things bro, stress has been has in sync to me as my shadow for the last 5 years, some days obviously worse than others but you just have to push forward brotha! It often feels like if we sit back and use the typical phrases that start with I could of or if I would of or even "if" at times we just sink back to those low spots you know. Similar to your title, I learned to say that if I had air in my lungs I have opportunity and I simply try to make today better than yesterday, not always easy and doesn't always work but in life there is always something positive to strive for, even if it is not quite visible at the moment! You've made some strong progress brother, just keep one foot in front of the other, deal with stuff as needed and progress! Doing a killer job and helps motivates others such as myself!
Bench
Barx12
95x8
----- 115x5
135x3
155x7 -->Decent but really thought I would hit at least 8 so I was kinda bummed
----- 170x1 for 3 sets
BBB Bench
115x10 for 5 sets
[bSkull Crushers[/b]
60 x 12--3 sets super w/ Fat-Grip DB Curl
32.5 x 8—3 sets
Tricep Pressdown
35x10 for 2 sets
Cool down
2 mile walk
Extreme Stretching-30secs each for Pecs, Tris, Bis, Delts
Thoughts: Hitting deadlifts today for the final workout of this cycle of 3/5/1. Classes started today which is why Im a bit behind on logging, just had a lot of stuff going on lately so bear with me

Just a quick update that I will have some time tomorrow to give an update of the plans going forward with the log and whatnot. Been a lot of stuff going on this week with school and personal life that Ive been dealing with. Finished up my final week of the first 3/5/1 cycle yesterday and it went well overall. Im deloading now and then will start another cycle of 3/5/1 because its working so Im not fukking with it.
I will still be active on the forum since I am usually over in the supplement section for product logs and helping rep stuff for Haleo. I also will do my best to keep current with all your guys' logs because I truly enjoy the inspiration that comes from seeing all the progress everyone else is making day in and day out.

I will likely be migrating over to the powerlifting section of the forum to continue my logging. I've been researching some upcoming powerlifting meets because a few friends of mine who compete said the best thing when starting out is to just get your feet without worrying so much about my total. Im considering entering the Raw MN State Championships on April 20th since the competition is only about 20 miles from where I live. If I had to pick some numbers in the short term, I would say I would like to hit a 340 deadlift, 285lb squat and 205lb bench. My current maxes are all about 25-30lbs shy of those numbers so it should be very attainable with another ~3 months of training (comes out to ~2.5lbs/week increase). Plus if I really start packing down the food (probably start doing a few free meals each week) I would imagine my numbers could soar.
Ill link the new log when its up, I hope some of you continue to follow me, Ill still be following everyone I have been the past few months
