Possible to grow taller, im 21??

ok so i am 21 and about 5'5" right meow. i have actualy grown taller this past year i was 5'3.5" about a year and half ago. i guess in some certain ways i've been "working" at it. i usually take Arginine Ornithine before bed. and focus on getting good sleep. being asian sucks. malets everywhere. but my Dad is like 5'7" or 5'8" and my mom is like 4'11" so would i still have a chance to grow taller maybe in next couple years?? how do growth plates work with aging?? edumacate me..

Your likely done growing any significant amount, I've heard of people growing up until about 25 so there is some hope but likely it won't be noticeable if anything maybe a 1/4th of an inch.

believe it or not but i doubt you would grow any taller at your age kid and btw WTF do you mean by being asian suck??? just bcoz you're a short ******* doesnt mean we all are. dont forget the tallest man in the world is chinese.

Studies have shown that high hormone levels can cause premature closure of growth plates if you developed very early (early onset of your period, etc.) and the opposite is also true - you may still be growing if you developed very late. If you developed very early then no, chances are you will not grow any more now. Otherwise, you still might.
