There is obviously a lot of debate about Brocks biggest lifts and how strong he really is so I'm going to try and deduce how strong he really was or is. Obviously we all know that Brock recorded a lift in the bench press of 475 while in the NFL. I have no idea how strict they are with form etc but regardless that is an excellent lift. We also know that Angle has stated that he has PERSONALLY seen Brock bench 600+ which to be honest sounds like kayfabe or pure BS. That would be over double bodyweight and to be honest an absolutely insane amount of weight even for someone as athletic and strong as Brock.
Now some things to remember regarding the NFL lift is that:
A) he suffered a hand injury following a motorcycle accident
B) it was on one particular day so its safe to assume its unlikely that you will perform a PB on that particular day rather than any other
C) he had probably adapted his training at that point to focus more on cardio and football techniques and skills
D) he must have come off the gear
With that in mind it is probably a fair assumption that he could, at his peak bench in excess of 500lbs, maybe 520 or so?
There has also been much debate about how much he can squat. I remember when he first F5'd big show he was interviewed and stated that he wasn't worried about the weight as he had squatted 750. Assuming he can bench over 500 then that sounds like 750 would not be beyond the realms of possibility. Considering he stated this number (sorry no reference as it was tears ago and on tv) but I would hazard a guess that he probably didnt squat more as he would have stated so.
So am I right in my assumptions or do you think he may have recorded different lifts?

Article is really old (2000), but listed his lifts at 475 bench, 720 deadlift and 695 squat.
I imagine those fluctuated a bit, and may have even increased during his stint in the WWE, when he was more free to delve into illegal substances.
Then I suspect they dropped off during his MMA stint. Though there was a guy who attended one of his later training camps, and said that he was benching 375 for 12-15 reps.

Doesn`t apply to both of them. Not as strong as they looked you can call Chris Masters or Batista.
Lesnar and Goldberg both are freaky strong, not only gym strong but everywhere... remember Goldberg and his gorilla presses.
Regarding lifts I am damn sure Brock could pull 800+ and bench 500+ at his peak. He repped the 315 in the UFC training vid like nothing and made clapping pus ups after that.
Not that good of a squatter i think though, looking at his proportions.
Would have loved to see Lesnar in a strongman competition.Fighter-Icon-BadGuy-Hero-Winner-Loser-Father-Cheater-Ubereem-CockGuy-Invincible-Monster-Beast-Champion
