Ya, Gummo was pretty disturbing. For me It was definitely more psychologically disturbing than anything else though.

i don't know if it's the MOST disturbing but anatomie de l'enfer is pretty f#cked up, there is an aussie movie called Bad Boy Bubby that is pretty disturbing too

Yep, they say that being crucified is the worst pain a man can go through. Something about the bone in your wrist that the nail hits is like being struck by 100 lighting bolts or something...crazy stuff. Pink Floyd's the Wall is the most disturbing movie I have ever seen. Something about that Nazi rally part that makes you think hard about what you would do.
