HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
I can't believe I was gone for a week - WOOPS! Life has been insane lately. The days are running together...it's crazy. I'm loving the 3 upper day split I'm on right now, but I really miss working out my legs. I'm trying to schedule my final PT appointment next week to see what I can start doing to get back into it. I wanna SQUAT and DEADLIFT and RUN!!! But, in the meantime, I'm killin' it on shoulders/chest/back/bis/tris hahah
I feel like such a "bro" - NAH MAN. I don't train legs.
Big lifts from the last few workouts:
Dips
BWx4
BWx4
BWx4
BWx6
*These are so tough to go to failure on lol.
Incline DB Press
30sx8
30sx8
30sx8
Seated OH Press
50x6
50x7
50x8
Feels good man. Some photos:
Halloween - I was Captain America (costume was for a 10yr old boy hahaha)
I started using a 1.25" curling iron and I'm obsessed...

My life is insane...
I feel like I haven't had a MOMENT lately. It has been absolutely crazy these last few weeks. I'm very ready for everything to just SLLLLLOOOOWWW DOOOOWWWNNN for a minute...but I don't know when that's going to happen.
I've been doing the same 3-day split for the last few weeks, and my PT guy told me yesterday that I could TRY a few leg exercises but they have to be very light weight and I need to listen to my body if I'm in pain. Which is tough...because I'm always in pain from this stupid injury lol.
Last night I did my chest workout and here are the big lifts:
Bench Press
75x8
75x8
75x8
Incline DB Press
30sx8
30sx8
30sx8
Triceps Pressdown
65x10
65x10
65x10
Feelin' good! Also, here's a new Instagram shot
http://instagram.com/p/gZRSZmQgGz/
I didn't flex or anything and you could see some new lines etc.
Also, I've been listening to this nonstop for 5 days:
Sorry I'm not sorry if you're offended/weirded out

Bah, sorry to hear you're in pain.
You look great in the pics! I love the hair. I could never get the curling iron to curl properly. I think it doesn't get hot enough?. But my curling warn is amazeballs
With your workouts, do you just post the 'main' stuff but actually do a bit more? I was curious about that.
Nice instagram pic, very spicy since it goes down low low low

I did last night hahah. JK.
THanks lady! I deleted that pic since apparently it went too low? Idk, I didn't think so but...I didn't want to offend hahah. And yes, I only post the main stuff since I have a coach who I pay for my workouts.Trying to gain a booty so my husband can squeeze it:

So, I did it again...
I don't know why I am the way I am...and I don't know if posting it on a public forum is the most brilliant way to go about it. Maybe I'll never be satisfied, or happy, or content or fulfilled - maybe I need to find all of those things within myself before bringing another person into my life. I ended my engagement this week...cancelled the wedding...etc. It's such a weird place to be - like I know it was a good decision, but I still feel like my heart is in my throat 24/7. I've been using the gym as my outlet...so I've gotten some pretty intense workouts in. It's just so odd to me that I'm back in this place after 2 years of trying to fix up the relationship I broke when I moved to DC.
Blah, sorry guys. Anyways, big lifts:
Incline DB Press
30sx8 (PR!)
30sx8
30sx8 (PR!) - all three sets...wowza.
Dips
BWx4
BWx4
BWx4
BWx4
*I'm going to aim for an extra dip on each set next week
Flat Fly
15sx10
15sx10
15sx10
*I always use the 12.5s for these, but they were taken..so I bumped it up and apparently I should've done that a long time ago lol.
Also, transformation time. I needed to put things into perspective...again:

So sorry about your engagement. You sounded like you guys were pretty happy from your posts. Hang in there, and I think you're doing the best thing you can do... take it out in the gym. You'll get through this!
Also, wow on the transformation. I had no idea you had gone through that much of a change. Congrats!!

Shame about the engagement, but if it didn't feel right it's better to make the break now than ten years down the line with kids, marriage/ house etc.
The gym is an excellent outlet and you're already crushing PRs!
Amazing transformation! Crazy what some hard work and consistency will do!

Thank you so much Lori You're so sweet..
Thanks Mosh! I'm still feeling good about the decision...
THanks! Yeah I've definitely been getting in some pretty intense workouts. THe thing is that we ARE fine - and were fine. It's just that I realized I was coming to the realization that he's my best friend in the world - but that's it.
Really? Thanks
Thanks Woody! I feel good Just needed to make the choice and stick with it.
THanks girl, it was really hard but that's the general reaction I'm getting from family/friends is that they're happy I didn't explore the situation later instead of now...it's definitely VERY hard...but it's going to be okay.Trying to gain a booty so my husband can squeeze it:

Well, my gym life is improving considerably lol...
We're still living together, so it can sometimes be a little weird to spend too much time at home - so I've been spending long nights at the gym! I don't have any big numbers to report on because I haven't been eating as much as I should be. My workouts are kinda suffering but everything will sort itself out. I had a good cheat day on Sunday though with my family & friends and just kinda took a break from it all. I'm 120lbs today (only 2 days after the cheat) so we'll see where the weight goes from here hahah.
I was the DD for 3 nights in a row this weekend, so I was able to go out with friends without ruining my diet hahah. I'm actually VERY comfortable at my weight right now. I'm wearing size 2 pants comfortably, I wake up anywhere between 117 and 121lbs every morning and I feel great in general. I'm able to cheat on the weekend for a day and then eat ~1400 calories per day during the week and it's just very low stress and very GOOD. I feel like prep is going to be cake now since I'll only have to lose between 12 and 15lbs to step on stage and if I lose a few before the end of the year and then start heavy prep in January and have until April 26th for a potential first show...even if I'm only losing 1lb per week I'll be good!
A few pics from this weekend:
My best friend's baby boy, Parker!
My little and I on Thursday!
