This is for my god child this is for my brothers this is for the ones i luv, also this is for me! I am dertermine to step into the shadows and recreate my self as i see fit ....not a man alive can stop my determination and devotion to becoming a better stronger me!

3.85 lbs. lost per week for 14 weeks straight

I see so many noobs who think they're going to get similar results naturally because people post these amazing transformations and don't mention that their little sidekick. Sh*t is misleading, especially for the younger dudes around here. Not hating on cell tech or anything- to each his own, but I think you should mention that this wasn't natural.

1st off - AMAZING transformation
How did you maintain ALL your muscle while cutting that hard? Either you had a TON of muscle initially (from lifting or very high intensity job) or beastmodemike was correct. Fascinating nonetheless.
