Hey guys, i'm trying to workout my BMR, i've tried different formulas and different websites. Everytime I try I get a different result, the lowest being 1943 cal and the highest 3239! What the hell?
Which formula is most accurate?
If anyone can help me out i'd really appreciate it.
Here are my stats:
28 years old (male)
5'11''
215lbs
177 lbs LBM
20% body fat (44lbs)
I move about a fair bit in my job (primary school teacher), always running round school!
1h 15mins weight lifting 3 times/week
40 minute run twice/week
Thanks in advance guys!

It doesn't necessarily only apply to IF diets. Best calc you can find online. Use the Katch-Macardle formula within this calculator.
