Started gym around 6 months ago weighing in at 135lbs, I've only got one pic pre-gym as you can see skinny as phuck
Bulked up to 165lbs here's a few pics sorry there's a lot I've no idea how to pose
and my wheels lost a lot of size from walking around 10 hours a day at work and missing leg day =/
You'll of noticed that my chest isn't normal. I was born with Pectus Excavatum and it's got severe as I've grown older so it's pretty much impossible for me to be aesthetic. I've decided to get an operation done called the Nuss Procedure to attempt to correct it. I've been given a date of 10/08/2012 for my operation after seeing my surgeon a few times to have tests done etc.
The operation simplified is basically having 2 incisions at each side of my chest near my ribs, a camera goes in one incision and a bar goes in the other incision. The cameras so the bar doesn't go into my heart. The bar gets pushed into my chest behind my sternum and then the bar gets twisted round forcing my sternum to snap so it's infront of the bar flattening my chest out. I'll be having an epidural for the pain but I've been told it'll still be a "deahtly pain" recovering. It takes around 4 weeks to recover for everyday life and I'm starting back at college in September so I'll only have 3 weeks to recover.
I'll have a bar in my chest for 2-4 years after the operation and won't be able to go to the gym for a minimum of 6 months. I'll update the thread with pics of my chest after the operation, hopefully it goes well.
edit: for everyone saying it's not bad here's a pic from a bad angle

Yeah in my last pic i'de say it looks pretty phucking bad, it also makes my ribs stick out loads called "flared ribs" and causes my heart to be compressed which isn't a good thing when I plan to bulk up to 200lbs but the main reason I'm having it done is it's impossible for me to be aesthetic without a t shirt on even if i lifed for years. Goodluck if you have your gyno operation for the 2nd time.
