Any tips for energy boosts or preworkouts? I work out AFTER work around 5, so I don’t want to be up all night, but I’m really struggling with being too tired after work.

Look into some of the lower stim preworkouts, or get a non-stim and add in your own stims (ie caffeine tab, or even half of one).
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

You could just pick up a non-stim and use C tabs that way you know that you can change the amount of stim.
