    Energy

    Any tips for energy boosts or preworkouts? I work out AFTER work around 5, so I don’t want to be up all night, but I’m really struggling with being too tired after work.

    Look into some of the lower stim preworkouts, or get a non-stim and add in your own stims (ie caffeine tab, or even half of one).
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

    I workout around 6-7pm on most days, and a moderate stim preworkout hasn't affected my sleep (helps to stay away from technology before bed).
    VaporX5 Neuro is my current go-to pre that is moderately stimmed and aids in working out

    MyPre v2 has a good amount of caffeine but not crazy doses. I take it at 6 and sleep fine before 10:30

    This, or a smaller sized cup of coffee will likely be your best bet.

    You could just pick up a non-stim and use C tabs that way you know that you can change the amount of stim.

    If looking at Pre's, I would suggest checking out Mypre V2.
