Hi can anyone recommend any weight gainers without Crystalline Fructose , Sucralose (Splenda) or Aspartame. Im currently using ON serious Mass but have recently found the sucralose is triggering my migraines plus there are many other health risks associated with these ingredients. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are concerned with what's in a gainer (and you should at least be aware), I would recommend just making your own gainer using whey, fruit, oats, pb, etc.

Why not just lose the "gainer" all together since it's likely not causing you to "gain weight"?
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

This. While I disagree that there are a a bunch of health risks to artificial sweeteners used in reasonable amounts, there is zero reason to use a product like this if you don't want those sweeteners. Just eat more or make your own.Originally Posted by mtpaquette
