    looking for comments/criticism and just general pointers n tips


    sorry for bad lighting

    i have a trainer who i work with on posing, diet, etc, and im planning on doing an 8 week contest prep

    how do you think i'll stack up against the other teens?

    Looking good and already quite lean. The teen divisions that I've seen aren't all that competitive. You already have some good definition in your quads. My advice would be to take the next 13 weeks and cut SLOW. No more than .5 to 1 lb a week if that, so you can preserve as much size as possible.

    I'd agree with the gentleman above (not that his qualifications don't far supercede my own).

    The teen divisions tend to be very unimpressive to be honest. You've got a good physique and are quite lean. If you can come in at 5% bodyfat or less I wouldn't worry about the contest that much...you'd need to mess up pretty badly.
