    The perfect workout partner would also have to be the perfect spotter. Know not to touch the bar unless you really needed it. Gets you motivated before your even in the gym. Doesnt talk much and kills it just as much as you.

    What makes the best training partner?

    My gf. she Weights in at 125lbs and squating 245lbs for reps,that makes me keep pushing and make sure I can always do 365lbs. Also I can take my sweet ass time at the gym cause she's there with me. No nagging or irritating phone calls or text: "are you done yet?".

    Perfect workout partner... Needs to be on time and be there everyday that he/she says they will be. Thats one thing that bugs me the most. Also got to be as motivated as me. I don't like to lolly gag and trade stories, just hit the weights.

    What makes a perfect training partner is yourself with motivation! I train and ACTUALLY train. I compete in bodybuilding thus, I really do train for something. My motivation is my perfect training partner. I can overcome anything that I want to. People ask me, "Is there prize money involved? No?! Why would you do something like that?!"     The perfect workout partner is someone that shares a similar end result as yourself. Dedication, support, and intensity. Having a partner that is constantly pushing you to go an extra 5lbs, when you don't think you have anything left, to do 2 more reps, or just one more set. Is a good spot, and of course having someone that isn't going to talk your ear off between sets, and stay focused is nice too.

    What makes the perfect training partner? I feel like there could be a lot of things that go into this, but at the end of the day, I'd say one who is actually accountable and will show up. It's one thing to have someone who can help to push you and motivate you when they are there, but if they are the type of person who isn't consistent and can't be relied upon, then what good are they really?

    So far, not a whole lot is known about this product, but we do know this:
    We are told that the only ingredient in common with Jack3d is caffeine.
    This means that there is no DMAA, no creatine, and no beta alanine (no tingles!).
    While we absolutely love ALL of these ingredients, they’re not right for every situation and every person, and some people simply don’t like the effects of beta alanine.
    Just like with Jack3d, there’s no artificial dyes or “BS” like that. Users love this, and it boggles my mind why no other companies follow suit, despite Jack3d’s huge success.

    Answer this question: What makes the PERFECT training partner?

    Selflessness is part of what makes the perfect training partner. When I went to respond, one forum member came to mind when thinking about the perfect training partner. He's BlueRev and he said the following:
    If i win any of the stacks i love your products but i will give most of the stack to my best friend/workout partner because hes strapped on cash for supps
    in a different company's promo thread. He entered a promo that promises a whole supplement line, essentially, and would give most of it to his best friend/workout partner. He's a pretty darn good workout partner and person, for that matter.

    Selflessness pretty much sums up a perfect training partner. They're there to encourage you, to spot you when you need it, and expect nothing in return. Hopefully you'd do the same for them, but they don't expect it.

    The perfect training partner is one that pushes you as much as you push them. Not only in the gym, but to help you grow mentally which expends out of the gym. The keys I look for are... well basically the opposite of what I have trained with.

    Diligence. Motivation. and Belief.
    Have to find someone that wants it as bad as you, and is always pushing you to leave better than you entered.
    Training with a purpose.

    The perfect training partner is my mp3 player! It never bails on me and it's always there ready to go. It can both motivate and inspire me just with a few pushes of a button. That's what makes it the perfect workout partner.

    The perfect training partner is someone who holds you and him/herself accountable every workout and strives to make that workout the BEST one yet for both you and him/her. The perfect training partner should in my humble opinion also be your #1 rival, so that you two essentially compete at getting stronger and more aesthetic as well as help train each other.
