The perfect training partner is someone (or someTHING) that pushes you even when you feel like you don't have anything left to give. That someone or something that makes you workout, even when you just want to take the day off. The reason you eek out one more rep, one extra plate, when all else tells you to settle. Self motivation is one thing... having that perfect training partner is EVERYTHING

I prefer no partner just a spotter here and there. So far my old stash of Jacked has been enough to tell me one more rep, plus I dont have to wait on it to finish its sets. I can keep going.

What makes the perfect training partner in my opinion is someone who has the same determination as you. Someone that is stronger/more ripped than you are and can push you to reach your goals.

What makes the perfect training partner?
To me I believe the perfect training partner is someone who has the motivation, physique, and positive mind set that you want for yourself. Someone you look up to, someone who can push you to your highest potential, and be proud with you, not jealous of your accomplishments and transitions.
not quite big enough for that yet haha
