Posted a thread on misc about it. Its now 1004 days since I started my journey. Always done bodypart splits but very customized for myself lately. It kinda came naturally making my own personalized routine once I really knew my body and my strenghts/weaknesses.
Ask me anything and Ill try to anwser it. Critique is very welcomed.
This section definetly deserves a shoutout to beeing what kept me motivated during the whole time. Doesnt matter if its 4 months or 2 years of progress threads they all inspire. Keep it up bros.

Arms are 15.5-16 cold and BF is around 11%. Thanks btw man!
Youll get there eventually just be consistant. Routine changed a lot but i imporantly i worked shoulders and chest twice each week while doing 5day split. Took creatine but it gave me stretchmarks. Using protein power when i feel like it. Just train lots and eat even more.

Definetly ecto. I need to eat atleast 3.5-4k kcals to see result when bulking, and I got pretty narrow shoulders so really working no delts and back nowdays so I look broader. I also need to kill my chest every time I train it since I got so large trapezius insertion points which I need to make up for.
Yes natty, only work for myself so dont have any reason to speed it up. I'm in no rush.
Good progress btw, keep it up definetly right on track for 9 months!

Yeah its even been proven to be bulls. Was probably 5'8 or so before I started and now I'm closing in on 6'1. Dont want to grow taller though, it gets harder and harder to put on mass...

HEY and thanks! Not content with lats nor abs but nice to hear some good feedback on them! Just measured my chest, but not sure if I did it right, took the measure tape underneath my armpits and around went 41-42" or so.
Thank you! Yeah it slowed down a bit since then but Im trying to hit it hard atleast 2 times now. Gotta bring it up since I have such large trapezius.
