God damn. Training is awesome, diet is great. Bulking up you need to sleep to get gains. Worry about the quality of my sleep and if I can actually fall asleep, tossing and turning now for 45 minutes. How the **** do I fix this?
Already been told Everybodys sleep needs are different, already know there is no magic number for sleep. What the **** can i do? I'm reaching my breaking point here. There is no point in me even body building if I can't sleep properly. When I'm not worried about muscle gains I sleep like a ****ing log. It's unreal. Is there a way I can trick my mind? Something? There has to be something...
