2013 beast bodybuilding training log: A beast in the making year 20-zero-13
Using this section to log my training and progress. Come along and maybe you'll learn a thing or two or maybe I'll learn a few from you. Who knows. Anyways I'm gonna start off with a push/pull/leg/rest/repeat kind of split to start of this month and year.
