Thanks for all the Welcomes! I am really excited to be apart of the Juggernaut Family. I love being surrounded by such motivated and positive people.
I have had quite a journey so far. When I first started college, I always found the time to workout and eat healthy, but by the time I got to my last two years in school things got really hectic trying to juggle class and work. Somehow it always seemed easier to skip the gym and eating healthy to save on time. The funny thing is, I really didn't save any time in the long run because it took me twice as long to lose the weight then it did to put it on! Before I knew it I had gained 80lbs!! I have since graduated and now I am taking the time to get into shape again.
A few years ago I started going to the gym and doing P90X and I lost 80 lbs. When I finally got to my goal weight I started doing events like Tough Mudders and Warrior Dash. That's my way of staying motivated year round. I have done two tough mudders now and will complete my second warrior dash next weekend. Now it's time for me to keep moving forward. That's why I chose the I am Juggernaut Challenge.
Currently I am working with a personal trainer three days a week in a boot camp setting with a group of ladies. On the days I am not at boot camp I am out running or hiking. My goal is to lose 15 lbs and go from 17% body fat to 12% in the next 90 days. I am currently eating a 1,700 calorie diet and i am taking Juggernaut HP and Infinite Labs Carnitine MTX.
Good luck fellow Juggernauts!

******JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT********
This is my juggernaut. There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My juggernaut is my best friend. It is my life. I must use it before my training if i want to get jacked in life. Without me, my juggernaut is useless. Without my juggernaut, I am useless. I must use my juggernaut consistent. I must train harder than my competitors, who are trying to out muscle me. I must use juggernaut to get the advantage over them. I will. Before God I swear this creed: my juggernaut, my rifle and myself are defenders of my country, we are the champions of our competitors, we are the saviors of life. So be it, until there is no competitors, but me as a sole champion. Amen.
PUT SOME SWAT BOOT CAMP JUGGERNAUT TRAINING IN FOR THIS WEEKEND, IT WILL ENHANCE YOUR SUCCESS....
TO BE A JUGGERNAUT!!!, YOU NEED TO EAT RIGHT AND TRAIN RIGHT!!! IM HERE IF YOU NEED ME.

Today was a pretty good day! I am pretty sore from last nights workout, but I got lots of rest and went for a 1.5 mile run. Took 2 of the Carnitine MTX capsules today, one at breakfast and one at lunch. I don't know if it is related, but I noticed that I didn't have much of an appetite. I also took one heaping scoop of Juggernaut before my run. It took about an hour to kick in. Does it normally take that long?
For meals I had:
1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1 Cup of Almond Milk
banana and Greek yogurt
6-oz of grilled pepper tuna in a lemon pepper sauce with 1/2 cup of brown rice
humus and broccoli
5-oz of shrimp stir-fry with snow peas, bell peppers, and mushrooms
1 scoop of 100% whey protein with 1 cup of almond milk
Tomorrow will be a recovery day. I might do some yoga or stretching. Got to rest so I can go into beast mode Monday night.

I found with the juggernaut 2 things, how close to a meal I take it, and how much water I use, I use 2 scp oops in about 6-8oz, i was useing way more water and didnt notice that same effects i do with less! and I try to take it at least half hour after a meal, if not 45 min! With envy thing in fitness, you need to find what works for you!
Looking great so far, keep giving all! You get out what you put in!Fight the goog fight! Never yield!
Why wait till tomorrow if you can do it today!
Give it Hell!

So it looks like I just need to play around with the Juggernaut a bit more to find that perfect balance. Thanks for all of the tips everyone. I spent this morning cooking all of my meals for next week. I find this to be the most manageable thing instead of scrambling around the kitchen trying to prepare something after a long day at work and the gym. I cooked a shrimp stir-fry, an Indian chicken dish with cauliflower, and a tuna dish with whole wheat pasta and mixed vegetables.
I am going to watch some of the Olympics and then workout time

Day 4
Finally feel like I am getting into the swing of things. I got all of my meals cooked for next week and my workouts are planned. I am really looking forward to next week. I managed to fit in an hour of yoga tonight. After a long week of killing myself in the gym, yoga was just what the doctor ordered. My body feels refreshed, hello beast mode!
For meals I had:
3 egg white omelet with green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms
1 scoop of Chocolate Whey protein with 1 cup of fat free milk and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 cups of vegetable beef soup
1 banana
Shrimp stir-fry
