as of right now I'm taking :
3 orange triad multis a day
1 teaspoon fish oil
6 slim quik razor tabs to help with cutting (3 with breakfast , 3 with lunch)
occasionally whey post workout but I try to get my protein from whole foods instead
occasionally white flood if i really have no energy to work out , which is almost never
1 scoop casein with organic skim milk before bed

I am taking L-Carnatine which I find works really well...
occassionally oxyelite if i have no energy and want to push a bit harder
BCAA's
and I did try the casein protein before bed but i woke up in so much pain in the middle of the night, so i will try it again tonight and see how i go
how do you find them?Abs are made in the kitchen!

Fish oil. 400 morning and evening.
Pea protein with BCAA. I add it to my morning smoothie and post work outs. (I have a casein difficulty from date of birth).
One POUND spinach/chard/greens EVERY day and roasted beets as often as I can find them fresh at the store.
I try to use whole foods but have to supp my calories with protein powder.
Training toward Bikini competition--not there yet but on my way.

Dymatize Elite Whey Isolate Protein Powder
BSN N.O.-Xplode when I'm tired
Tried Yohimbine HCL but I don't think my carbs were low enough and lowering them just made me tired.
Just bought Ergoshred for a fat burner

W/o days:
BCAAs - if fasted training
Whey - once or twice a week
