This is my 8 Month Transformation.
Starting weight: 187lb Current Weight: 132lb
I started working with my coach back in July of last year, I then had a break from working with my coach due to family reasons but I kept working hard and lost a lot of weight in short period of time.
I decided after Christmas that I really wanted to start working with my coach again as I had thoughts about competing in the future and I know he is the right person that will help me get there!
I am now currently working with my coach and aiming for a future competition in Physique in late 2014.

Thoughts: Very happy with PR on the squat and PB's. Felt really strong in the gym, pushed my self 110%. I hate the stairs...
When leaving the gym, the gym owner who has been bodybuilding for over 20 years, said to me, 'what a transformation', so we started chatting and I showed him my 8 month transformation, he mentioned my legs. ' you have some quads there lass' . Told him I was hoping to compete this year. It was just nice for someone random to notice that I have been working hard.
